With Manowars total lack of balls, it is nice to hear young bands are taking over the battle metal scene. Sharpen your axe and get ready for battle. This is one hell of a release.

This is the album that Grand Magus have tried to write after 'Hammer Of The North'. It's hard to decide on my favourite aspect: Kuschke's (Desaster) powerful riffing and his epic leads, the stellar bass work, the raw but dynamic production ... While there are now more heavy metal bands out there than ever, records like this one are the rare proof that it's still possible to arrange traditional elements in a refreshing way!

I'm not normally the biggest fan of Power Metal, but for some reason I will always enjoy Visigoth. Final Spell is a great EP that can always get your blood pumping in a fun way. The vocals are easily my favorite part. Definitely an album that every Power Metal fan should listen to.
